of our customers are results-driven and they have been successful by
establishing open, honest, active relationships with their suppliers. These are the customers we want to work

We commit to share all
information with our customers – good or bad. We try to anticipate their
concerns and provide choices at all times.
We support frequent and regular
communication through email, phone calls, status reports, schedule updates
and site visits. Build progress images and video are sent on a regular
basis during the manufacturing process.

& Fair Pricing

We
provide very detailed quotations so that the customer clearly knows what to
expect. Our quotations include 2D
layouts completed by an experienced mechanical designer.
Our systems are priced
fairly, eliminating the need to constantly apply extra charges throughout
the project. Subsequent projects
from the customer will ensure our success.
We will not win orders strictly on
price but rather on relationships and appropriate solutions

On Time Delivery
|
We take timely delivery very
seriously. We will put in the extra effort to meet deadlines. We will drive
the customer to provide drawings and parts, setting specific expectations
of the customer, in order to ensure deadlines are met.

Integrated Approach
|
Progressive was founded as a controls
company. Controls are considered an integral part of the machine, not an
afterthought. Progressive has the skills and experience to balance
mechanical design with electrical design and programming to provide more
cost effective and efficient solutions.
This makes us different from most other mechanical-centric
automation companies.

We employ dedicated, hard working
employees who take pride in engineering a successful system. These
employees are given responsibility and are expected to complete their
duties on time and within budget. We solicit employee feedback during the
build of a system and incorporate their ideas in subsequent machines.
