Programming Progressive
was founded as a controls company, therefore, a core competency is
programming and software development.
Programming devices include: Programmable
Logic Controller (PLC) The
PLC is the standard platform for reliable and robust machine control. We have experience with all the major PLC
manufacturers and we will develop your application using the processor of
your choice. We have developed internal programming standards that reduce
development times, increase reliability and provide system flexibility. Robots We
have in-house robot programming capability and have experience with Fanuc,
Motoman, Adept, Epson and Kuka robots in single and multi-robot applications. Vision
Systems Progressive
understands the need for in-process and final inspection of your product. We
have experience with simple pattern sensors, DVT, Cognex and Omron vision
cameras and processors. Applications
include inspection, measurement and orientation using area and line scan
cameras. Motion
Controllers We
have experience with all the major stepper, servos, linear actuators and dial
manufacturers. Data Collection & Graphical
HMI Solutions Progressive
can also provide data collection systems based on DataPro
and graphical Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions written in Visual Basic
and developed by Progressive’s sister controls company, Pro1. |
